Executive Management Team

Ana Chretien, President and CEO: Ms. Chretien is President and CEO since 1989. She is a graduate of UCLA. Her leadership ability is also recognized in the community where she and ABC have been honored as one of the top 25 minority owned businesses in the East Bay Area, and one of the top 500 largest Hispanic owned businesses in the United States.

Ray Thrower, General Manager: Mr. Thrower is a 28-year veteran of ABC. He is a graduate of Laney College and has completed the P.O.S.T. certified criminal justice training program. Mr. Thrower is the representative to government entities that require Homeland Security expertise. He is ABCs primary security advisor to federal, state and local law enforcement.

Fred Hagan, Contract Manager: Mr. Hagan is a graduate of the FBI National Academy (NA-158) and St. Mary's College. He is ABCs contract manager after serving 32 years with the Alameda County Sheriff's Office. His expertise includes former directorship of the sheriff's regional police academy and training center.

John Thrower, Personnel Development and Training Manager: Mr. Thrower came to ABC three years ago after spending almost two decades as an executive level vice-president and general manger of data systems, for a large corporation. Mr. Thrower concentrates on management and supervisory development.

Reginald McKinley, Marketing & Area Manager: Mr. McKinley is a graduate of Tulane University and the California Peace Officers Standards and Training (POST), Police Academy at Evergreen Valley College. His experience is in the supervision of hospital behavioral health security specialists.

Clinton Grant, Operations Manager: Mr. Grant came to ABC after attaining much of his supervisory and managerial skills in the health care and gaming industries. Mr. Grant is the manager at ABC, who is responsible for the the client's contract. Most of Mr. Grant's effort is on inspecting field sites and client interaction to ensure total customer satisfaction.
